Terms of Service

These terms apply to Cleavo: the Discord bot, the dashboard at cleavo.xyz/dashboard and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by Server Guy Solutions – FZCO (“we”). By adding Cleavo to a Discord server or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do so on behalf of a server or organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to accept them for it.

1. The Service

Cleavo helps you run a Discord server: onboarding tickets, forms, role automations and, if you connect it, Whop membership sync, win-back flows and review rewards. Features may change, be added or be removed as the Service evolves.

2. Discord and Whop

Cleavo runs on Discord and can connect to Whop. You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and Whop’s terms if you connect a Whop account. Cleavo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. or Whop. We’re not responsible for payments, refunds or disputes handled by Whop.

3. Your server and your members

As a server owner or admin who sets Cleavo up, you’re responsible for how it’s used in your server, including:

• the messages, forms and tickets you configure, and the roles and access they grant;
• telling your members how their information is used, and having a valid reason to collect it;
• not asking members for passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal data through Cleavo.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, or Discord’s or Whop’s rules;
• spam, harass, scam or mislead people, including through automated DMs;
• overload, disrupt or attack the Service, or get around its limits or security;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Paid features

Some features may require a paid plan. If so, the price, billing period and refund terms are shown before you buy.

6. Availability

We work to keep Cleavo running, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uptime or that it will be error-free. Discord or Whop outages and changes can also affect it.

7. Suspension and termination

You can remove Cleavo from your server at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service for a server or account that breaks these terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, lost members or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll announce it in our Discord server before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
